Judy and I wanted to drop you this note expressing our gratitude for your extensive work on our 2015 Jeep Cherokee. We initially took the car to a Jeep Dealer, thinking they would know the car best. They failed to correct the multitude of problems in the car’s electrical and transmission system. You spent many hours on a couple different occasions trying to do the same. The difference was that in addition to applying your extensive expertise and effort, you phoned and emailed other car repair experts across the county to discover the problems and how to correct them.
